Burns may be so so superficial leaving no marks at all, some are severe and leads to body disfigurements, these disfigurements can be treated now very effectively with surgeries or laser.

Laser is very good for abnormalities of the color and skin textural problems and can be done by multiple sessions or few sessions under anesthesia, we have great results with that recently.

If the deformity is severe then surgery is required and we use skin grafts or skin flaps for that. Some patients need microsurgery where we transplant tissues from hidden areas of the body to the diseased site and re-establish the blood supply by surgical microscopes.
